Excel Revit-BIM Engineering Services | National Training-Consulting-Implementation
Greetings, I’m Daniel Hughes, BIM Manager | BIM (Revit) Consultant at Excel Engineering Inc.

Daniel Hughes Excel Engineering BIM Manager | BIM-Revit Consultant
I joined the Excel Engineering team on August 17th to provide internal Revit-BIM management and Revit-BIM services nationally.
This includes Revit training, Revit implementation and consulting services.
As Excel Engineering’s BIM Manager, I’ll be collaborating with all departments, project managers, consultants, contractors and clients to transition the BIM process further into the project acquisition and delivery process.
As Excel Engineering’s BIM Consultant, I will continue my roles of providing national Revit training, consulting and implementation.

The Excel Revit-BIM Engineering Services Group will initially provide training, implementation and consulting for the following Autodesk products;
- Revit Architecture,
- Revit Structure,
- Revit MEP,
- NavisWorks,
- AutoCAD Architecture
- Civil 3D and
- AutoCAD
In early 2008, I provided Excel Engineering Revit training and implementation services for their architectural-structural departments.
The Excel Engineering team has been producing many of their projects in Revit since early 2008.
To avoid any competitive conflicts with Excel’s architecture and engineering departments; The Excel Revit-BIM Engineering Services group is a separate business unit within Excel Engineering Inc.
The Excel Revit-BIM Engineering Services group will act as a consultant, similar to when Excel’s engineering groups provide engineering services to other architects and contractors.
If required, our Revit-BIM team can sign a non-disclose agreement, as I have done a few times with clients over the last 20 years.
